Mr. Kriger has practiced law since 1974 and is the managing partner at the law firm of Anderson & Kriger. Providing general counsel to community associations has been his focus since 1980. These services consist of the retainer program, the collection of delinquent assessments, CC&R enforcement, CC&R revisions, opinion letters, and civil litigation in defense of lawsuits filed against the association and board members. Mr. Kriger has also handled insurance defense matters where the firm was chosen because of legal expertise and prior relationships with satisfied clients. With offices in San Diego, Temecula, Riverside, Newport Beach and Antelope Valley, Mr. Krigers firm represents 500 associations throughout Southern California. Mr. Kriger earned his Juris Doctorate in 1973 from the University of San Diego School of Law. In May of 1974 he became a sole practitioner taking on general matters ranging from criminal law to domestic, probate, corporate, landlord tenant, and civil litigation.
Mr. Kriger is a recent "Hall of Fame" award recipient, past president, "Speaker of the Year," education committee chairman, and Mediation Committee founder for Community Associations Institute (CAI-SD).
